The Westerwelle Startuphaus Kigali powered by Evonik Foundation is operated by the Westerwelle Foundation. The Westerwelle Startup Haus Kigali offers a unique mix of services; co-working space, networking events, private offices, maker-space, advisory services and international networking opportunities to local entrepreneurs. Our goal is to create an entrepreneurial hub for the community to exchange ideas and develop their business plan.

The Westerwelle Foundation for International Understanding is a German-based non-profit organisation, established in 2013 by Dr. Guido Westerwelle, former German Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ralph Dommermuth, CEO and Founder of United Internet AG. The Westerwelle Foundation aims to promote entrepreneurship, social-economic growth, and job creation in developing countries.

Evonik foundation is a non-profit organisation by Evonik Industries. It promotes enthusiasm for mathematical, scientific and technical topics. Up-and-coming talents need opportunities that will allow them to expand and improve their knowledge and experience in the given areas, going beyond school education.
