Key players in the social innovation ecosystem of Gabon

The Akewa accelerator, SME incubator is the main player in favor of innovative entrepreneurship in Gabon. Its mission is to develop innovative and sustainable entrepreneurship, and to contribute to the structuring of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The accelerator program provides early-stage startups and junior companies with access to mentoring, investors and other support to help them become stable and self-sustaining. It is a program that can last from two to six months. The program aims to ensure that startups and junior companies emerge ready to operate on their own, with a strong position to claim a share of their target markets.

In addition to offering mentoring and investment opportunities, this program allows start-ups and junior companies to access logistical and technical resources, as well as shared office space.
