The School of Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) produces high skilled graduates who play a significant role in the Kenyan and Global economy. The School seeks to significantly enhance and expand the visibility of Computing Technology innovative solutions to national and global audience. The School will provide the appropriate environment to ensure that the highest professional standards are achieved and maintained.

To provide innovative and high quality computing and Informatics education at the doorsteps of learners with learner-centric approach exploiting the science of computing and information platforms.

Mission
To provide access to higher educational opportunities in Computing Technology programmes that will enable learners to develop theoretical, practical, and ethical skills and knowledge necessary to achieve their professional goals, improve the productivity of their organizations and provide valuable and creative, innovative and resourceful contribution to society.
