Faculty of Computer and Information is considered one of the scientific and genuine institutions for scientific research and its techniques which is characterized by an elite teaching-staff at the fields of computer and information. The Faculty includes 4 main fields; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence. Each field is divided into precise subfields through them the faculty can keep up with the modern scientific progress at the field of computers and information.

To create, share, and apply knowledge in Computer Science, including in interdisciplinary areas that extend the scope of Computer Science and benefit humanity; to educate students to be successful, ethical, and effective problem-solvers and life-long learners who will contribute positively to the economic well-being of our region and nation and who are prepared to tackle complex 21st Century challenges facing the world.
